Job Description

Our client is looking for a Talent Manager who is influential, resilient and dedicated to excellence to provide leadership and technical support to the executive and operational leaders to enable them deliver the company’s business objectives and support the organization in complying with policies, procedures and labor laws.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources or any relevant field from a recognized institution
  • Member of the IHRM(K), current practicing certificate
  • At least 3 years experience as Human Resource Manager
  • Experience in an organization on which 80% of its workforce were young adults (below 30 years old) would be ideal
  • Proficiency and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development
  • Better than average written and spoken communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes
  • Knowledge in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building
  • Positive and engaging attitude
  • Great at influencing and the ability to respond and think on your feet
  • Ability to work under pressure
